Robert L. Burns O.D. -- Dr. Robert Burns is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and has been in practice since 1971.  Robert was born, educated and  lives in Mifflin County.  He is married to Sheila Spigelmyer Burns who teaches piano and is a church organist.  They have three adult children; two married daughters, Marie Burns Debello and Emily Burns Reyes. There son Robert, is a senior at Susquehanna University.  Robert and Sheila reside in Reedsville.
 
 

Richard C. Burns O.D. --  Dr. Richard Burns is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and has been in practice since 1979.  Richard was born, educated and lives in Mifflin County.  He is married to Susan Bair Burns .  They have two daughters, Sarah a sophomore at Indiana  University of Pennsylvania  and  Rachel a sophomore at Indian Valley High school.  The Richard Burns family also resides in Reedsville.
